A few weeks ago, we turned back time and introduced you to iKentoo’s story. By now, you might have realized that the company has been fueled by passion since the very beginning. Today, passion is what drives us to continuously innovate. We want our products and services to be accessible to as many restaurateurs as possible, which is why we offer competitive prices and flexible subscription plans that address the industry’s genuine needs and take into account restaurateurs’ finances.

We offer two types of subscription plans: an annual and a monthly plan. The only thing that differs between the two of them are the price and the length. All features remain the same (access to financial & managerial reports, offline mode, user management, third party integrations…). After choosing the plan’s length, clients can pick from three different bundles: “Start”, “Premium” and “Enterprise”. Which bundle you choose is based on the number of cash registers (i.e. iPads) and remotes (i.e. iPod touch) that you plan to use. You can also check our prices online at any time.  

Once you have selected your plan (annual vs. monthly, and Start vs. Premium vs. Enterprise), there is a one-time account activation fee, and you will need to purchase some specialized hardware. We sell pre-configured, standard hardware (cash drawers, iPad stands, WiFi infrastructure, printers etc.) that you can install yourself or delegate to your electrician. Since we work with standardized “off-the-shelf” equipment, you can also choose to purchase it from a 3rd party of your choice.

Our support team has answers to all your questions and problems, and can also help you fully configure and customize your account. Our team is available by phone, email and instant messaging, totally free of charge. Our global support team works at the iKentoo’s headquarters in Geneva (Switzerland), literally 6 feet away from our developers, and all of our certified resellers are in regular and close contact with the global technical team. This physical proximity guarantees a deep knowledge of the products, and an ability to rapidly resolve any difficulties you might encounter.

 

Flexible Subscription Plans that Reflect your Needs

iKentoo, unlike many of our competitors, doesn’t offer long-term, multi-year subscriptions. We prefer to rely on shorter contracts and a high quality product in order to satisfy and keep our customers, instead of “locking them in”. Everyone who wants to try out iKentoo is offered a free trial during which they can access the full system. Afterwards, they can decide to subscribe to a monthly or annual plan based on their needs and finances. The client is free to leave the iKentoo system at the end of this period or to renew the subscription.

We passionately believe in our product, which is why we don’t want our clients to feel locked-in by long-term contracts. Flexibility really is our watchword, with regards to our product as well as to our pricing policy.
