To continue accelerating our growth we are looking for a Head of Marketing, based in Geneva, to lead our marketing team and turbo-charge our lead-generation!


Team leadership and oversight

  • Set the marketing strategy in alignment with management, sales and other teams, and oversee the different internal and external resources in place to achieve it.

  • Help streamline and establish internal and external processes, notably via our CRM tool, in close collaboration with the sales, onboarding, operations and technical support teams.

  • Close collaboration with our product team to launch new products, features and integrations.

  • Define and implement the brand and content strategy across paid and organic touchpoints, including the website, social media, newsletters, digital ads, articles, marketing collaterals etc.

  • Coach and provide support to the rest of the marketing team.

Day to day operational responsibility

  • Carry out lead generation campaigns using a mix of channels and tactics in close collaboration with the sales team, with continuous performance measurement and optimization.

  • Together with management, define KPIs and refine or implement automated reporting systems to ensure easy and comprehensive performance tracking of all marketing and lead gen activities.

  • Continuously optimize website search ranking across markets and keywords including through technical improvements, organic content, affiliate marketing and backlinks, using data-driven insights to prove and fine-tune your hypotheses.

  • Manage the marketing and communication budget.


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role focused on lead generation, ideally in a SaaS software company / startup

  • Deep understanding of major digital marketing channels and tech products (incl. Content Marketing, Email marketing, SEA, SEO, Social Media, Social Media Marketing, Retargeting)

  • Successful track record of leading teams and projects in a startup environment

  • Experience with analytics and implementing scalable performance reporting systems

  • Excellent people skills (empathy and active listening) and written and oral communication

  • Excited about constant learning, self-motivated and autonomous

  • Proactive and excited to challenge the status quo in a constructive and well-organized way

  • Strategic thinker willing to “get your hands dirty” when needed

  • Fluent English and French; German a plus

  • Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit
