We are currently looking for a Team Leader with inside knowledge of the restaurant industry to help us open our Munich office. Are you hungry and ready to take on the challenge of offering a top-notch product to some of the most demanding clients imaginable? Then you are the team leader we’re looking for!

Your Daily Mission

  • Showcase the system’s advantages by doing on-site or online product demos

  • Lead by example, i.e. by exceeding your target and being the best sales rep of your team

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence on the market

  • Manage and recruit top sales talents

  • Set goals and targets, coaching and monitoring the team’s sales’ performance

  • Monitor the CRM and phone calls to validate ongoing performance

  • Provide or facilitate ongoing training

What You Bring to the Table

  • Your background or previous jobs led you to interact with restaurant and hospitality professionals. This is why you understand their problems better than anyone else.

  • Tenacious, you know how to work under pressure.

  • You speak English and some basic French.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience selling a SaaS

  • You feel comfortable using a CRM
