Base7Booking x iKentoo Integration

Base7Booking is a PMS (Property Management System) that helps you manage all operations of your hospitality business, whether it is a hotel, bed & breakfast, guest room, or apartment rental. Base7Booking helps manage online bookings (direct or via OTAs and Channel Managers), room availability, client files (CRM), yield management, etc. The iKentoo integration allows hotels with F&B outlets (in-house restaurants or bars for example) to bill meals or orders to clients’ rooms.

Key characteristics of the integration with Base7Booking

  • Dedicated payment method set up on the POS to bill meals or orders to clients’ rooms

  • All transactions by hotel clients are then automatically closed and indexed to their room invoice, to be paid at the end of their stay

NB: F&B outlet purchases by clients who are not staying in the hotel are not sent to Base7Booking by iKentoo

How to integrate Base7Booking with iKentoo

  1. Send an email to Base7Booking technical support mentioning that you are a current or prospective iKentoo client

  2. Provide all required information on your establishment for the initial configuration of the integration

  3. Manual activation of the integration by the iKentoo and Base7Booking teams
